Redesiging work with Presbyterian Support Northern

Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN) was one of three ‘early adopter’ organisations, who sought to redesign an aspect of their work in order to improve mental wellbeing amongst staff. PSN worked with Renee Jaine from Thrive Lab on this project, part of the Forum’s Redesigning work: A user guide to shift from surviving to thriving.

The team ran eight  Mental Wellbeing by Design  workshops with more than 70 people to get a better understanding of the factors that harm or protect mental wellbeing at work. Hectic work was identified as a challenge across the organisation; and the team worked with Renee to focus change efforts on the Lifeline team, and their Shift Supervisors, who oversee volunteers andc cousellors on the phone lines and text channel.

Take a look at what they did.
