About Rob Fisher
Rob's background spans more than three decades in high-risk, complex environments, including service in the US Navy and work at the South Texas Nuclear Project, where he was responsible for their Human Performance Improvement initiative and Procedure Program.
He has worked internationlly with organisations such as S&B Construction and Delta Air Lineds, supporting leaders in various fields including manufacturing, petrochemical, power genertaion, transmission and distribution.
What Todd Conklin is to mindsets, Rob Fisher is to practices - which is why Forum CEO Francois and five Forum executives spent time with Rob as the central part of their recent study visit to the US. It's wonderful to have the chance to bring some of this experience, energy and expertise to New Zealand.
