Nearly half of the CEOs and their teams questioned in a recent survey are reporting a greater number of work-related mental wellbeing cases for the second year in a row.
A survey of 139 Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Forum CEOs and their people in March 2025 found 48% had a greater number of work-related mental wellbeing incidents than the year prior, while 38% had fewer serious work incidents over the same period.
“This is the second year the Forum has run its CEO survey and while the data is self-reported it is showing that 85% indicated they had fewer or no change to the number of serious work accidents in the past year,” says Forum Chief Executive Francois Barton.
