The Forum is delighted to invite you to a CEO masterclass with Rob Fisher from the US, one of the founding thinkers behind Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) principles.

A masterclass on leading operational excellence and safety

What Todd Conklin is to mindsets, Rob Fisher is to practices - which is why Forum CEO Francois Barton and five Forum executives spent time with Rob as the central part of their recent study visit to the US. SO it's wonderful to have the chance to bring some of this experience, energy and expertie to New Zealand.

Rob will share real-world success stories from across the Pacific Ocean and beyond, exploring why operational excellence adn safety are inseparable - and why sustainable performance improvements comes from fixing systems, not blacming people.

Join us for a CEO-only discusssion

If you're on the journey to lift operational excellence or are interested in how strong safety outcomes emerge from well-designed systems and leadership mindsets, we invite you to join us for this CEO breakfast session.
