Virtual session: Protecting mental wellbeing at work in your organisations

Following our successful in-person workshop in Invercargill on 10 February, the Forum and Healthy Families Invercargill are delighted to bring you this workshop, run online, to support you to make sense of your role in leading and supporting mental health and wellbeing at work, and help you to understand how you can design good work to protect the mental wellbeing of your people while at work.
Led by Dr Hillary Bennett
Dr Bennett is the author of the Forum’s world-leading CEO Guide to Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work and Protecting Mental Wellbeing at Work Guide. This online workshop will enable you to understand how a successful mental health and wellbeing at work strategy should aim to protect workers from harm and include activities to foster, support and reclaim people’s wellbeing at work.
It will also focus on supporting you to successfully facilitate the process in the Protecting Mental Wellbeing at Work in your organisation.
To register you need to ensure there is a minimum of two people in your organisation who will take part in the workshop.
There will be a 15-minute break mid-way through the session.
