Leaders Stepping Up

For managers of SMEs in your supply chain

This is a unique opportunity to extend your health and safety leadership throughout your supply chain. Leaders Stepping Up is a safety leadership course designed specifically for small-to-medium sized businesses to help them:

* Develop their leadership
* Elevate their health and safety culture
* Run safe, healthy businesses that are better able to contribute to your organisation’s success.

Run over two separate days Leaders Stepping Up is based on the Executive Leadership Programme and supports attendees to move beyond a compliance approach to health and safety, and to explore a leadership approach. The course will also give them, and you, a shared language for describing challenges and opportunities, and for making improvement plans.

Get started

As a Forum member you can invite up to 15 leaders, owners and managers of small-to-medium sized businesses in your supply chain, and managers in your business who work closely with key contractors to take part.

The course is run by trained and experienced facilitators working under the direction of Leading Safety.

Cost? $18,000 plus GST for up to 15 leaders (or $1200 per person plus GST). It’s up to you whether you ask those attending to reimburse their costs.
