Protecting mental wellbeing - virtual facilitation training
For those organisations who are ready to start or continuing to work in the 'Protect' space
If your organisation is ready to focus on protecting mental wellbeing at work, then this facilitation training workshop, led by the author of the Forum's Protecting Mental Wellbeing at Work Guide, Dr Hillary Bennett, aims to support you to effectively facilitate the mental wellbeing by design process within your workplace.
Endorsement from your senior leadership
It will be crucial to have the support of senior leaders in the organisation to start work in the Protect space. So to get involved in this training, organisations need to commit to:
• endorsement from the CEO or senior leaders to run this facilitation process in the Protect Guide within your organisation within the next three - four months; and
• sharing their experiences and outcomes, anonymously if needed, so other Forum members can continue to learn from experiences.
We believe this facilitation training is a positive first step to supporting you to continue or start your work in this area, and we look forward to working with your organisation to improve mental wellbeing at work.
This workshop is for Forum members only, and we would recommend that at least two people from each organisation attend the session (there is no maximum number) to get the most benefit from it.
