Learning from others - mental wellbeing at work

Hear from NZTE, Northpower and Presbyterian North

We know that many of you are keen to learn more about the work other organisations are doing to understand the mental wellbeing risks in their workplace, and learn about how they’re thinking about how to re-design the work as a result.

To support you we’re bringing together three health, safety and wellbeing leads from Northpower, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) and Presbyterian Support Northern to share their insights from their work to date.

  • Charlotte Kerr at NZTE will talk you through how they’ve used a digital tool to run the mental wellbeing by design process with their teams; what they found and the next steps on their journey.
  • Janet Bowes at Presbyterian Support Northern will share their journey of running in-person sessions of the mental wellbeing by design process; and how they’re involved in a redesign of work project with the Forum and Thrive Lab.
  • Lian Passmore will share the journey Northpower has taken to involve its people in understanding the mental wellbeing risks at work; and the success they’ve had to date.
Webinar - 27 January (10am-11.30am)

Join us to hear more about the work of these three organisations, understand the challenges and opportunities they’ve found, and ask questions to support you and your workplace on this journey.

Once you're registered below you will receive a confirmation email, with calendar invite and Zoom link attached.
