Leading through uncertainty: making sense of chaotic times
Virtual fireside discussion with
-
Sarah (Norm) Stuart-Black, Secretary General of New Zealand Red Cross,
-
and Dr Sarb Johal, soon-to-be-recovering-clinical-psychologist and consultant
We're delighted to host a Forum webinar with one of New Zealand's most experienced emergency management leaders, Sarah (Norm) Stuart-Black along with Sarb Johal, in a virtual fire-side discussion to support you as leaders to make sense of chaotic times.
Both Norm and Sarb, along with myself, will draw on recent emergencies such as the Canterbury earthquakes, Covid-19, and communities affected by multiple and/or concurrent emergencies in a short period; and discuss how to work through uncertainty as a leader, and how you can call on your organisational culture to take some of the load.
31 March (10-11am)
This will be a discussion not to be missed, to hear from those with real-life emergency and crisis management experience on how to work through uncertainty to support your people and business to create the resilience and capacity needed in chaotic times.
