With that in mind the Forum has supported the development of executive education programmes aimed at creating world-class health and safety executive-level leaders.

These include a two-day programme for operational General Managers that focuses on developing the mind-sets and practices of a world-class health and safety leader. The programme includes a 360 assessment to help participants understand their current performance.

It is based on the programme run for Forum CEOs and is for tier two executives with people leadership responsibilities.
