Creating a thriving workplace – a discussion for Forum members
A new vision and strategy
In 2021 the Forum changed its strategy and pledge, with a new vision of leaders building cultures than enable people and businesses to thrive.
After more than two years of pandemic disruption we’re keen to support Forum members step back, reflect and reframe the design of our work – focusing on how we start creating thriving workplaces, people and cultures.
Building back better
To do this, we need to move away from the sentiment of simply ‘let’s get back to normal’ – we want to avoid going back to the 2019 issues of flatling national workplace injury and death rates, supply chain pressures, sluggish productivity and mental wellbeing challenges at work. Instead, we need to take time to consider what the past 24 months has taught us about our business, our people and ourselves and build back better.
Join the Forum’s Executive Director Francois Barton for a 1.5-hour session, to discuss how we go after this opportunity to focus on the re-design of work and the workplace (beyond just working from home or the office), and create thriving workplaces that also support the mental wellbeing of you and your people.
